Wrong Skate Size
You can request a different skate size at the skate hire desk. This is subject to availability.
Skate hire issue
if your hired skates are faulty or uncomfortable, please return to the skate hire desk immediately to exchange your skates for a comfortable pair.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, all ticket holders will be automatically refunded. You will receive an email notification.
Session Delays
Any session delays will be communicated via on-site announcements and our social media channels. Your ticket will remain valid for the delayed session.
Full or Overbooked Sessions
If a session is full, unfortunately, we cannot admit more skaters. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Lockers & Storage
Cloak Room is available for hire on site for £2.5.
QR code not scanning
If your QR code isn't scanning, please ensure your screen brightness is up and there are no cracks. Our on-site team can also manually check your ticket.
