If a skating session is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered an alternate skating session or a refund on the face value of their tickets.
If a skating session is curtailed by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered an alternate skating session or a refund on the face value of their tickets - only if less than 30 minutes of ice-skating time has taken place during that session.
The ice rink is shielded from the weather and will operate in almost all conditions. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions. If you choose not to attend or leave early due to weather, no refund or reschedule will be offered.
If you are removed from the ice rink or venue, or asked to leave, you will not be refunded nor offered an alternate skating session.
It is the visitors responsibility to ensure they arrive in good time for their booked skating or general admission session. No refunds or exchanges are to be offered if a visitor misses some or all of their booked skating session.
