I have missed my time slot/I am late for my session


If you are late for a booking and arriving after your original session, our staff can, based on availability, try their best to slot you in the next available session. 


If you are late for the last session of the day or cannot attend on the day of your session however, unfortunately, there is a no refund policy on missed time-slots as we cannot amend an expired booking. If you would like to discuss further, please get in touch with our customer service team.
