Gmail users - Struggling to find your ticket in your inbox or spam folder? Check that you're actually viewing your full, unfiltered inbox. If you can see tabs at the top of your screen for 'primary' 'social' and 'promotions', then you're not viewing your full inbox. Try clicking 'inbox' in the left-hand navigation or searching for the email.
Group booking customers - You should have received an e-ticket for every member of your group, including the free ticket. These may have been sent to multiple email addresses if your friends have booked separately or if you gave a different email address for the free ticket when creating your group page.
Payment plan customers - You will only receive your e-ticket once you have completed your payment plan.
