I cannot find my ticket


If you are unable to locate your e-ticket in your inbox or spam folder you can request for it to be resent by visiting the following link: https://event.bookitbee.com/find-tickets/

 

Group booking customers - You should have received an e-ticket for every member of your group, including the free ticket. These may have been sent to multiple email addresses if your friends have booked separately or if you gave a different email address for the free ticket when creating your group page.  


Payment plan customers - You will only receive your e-ticket once you have completed your payment plan.
