I’ve misspelt my e-mail, how do I change this?

Can I change my time slot or date? 

To change your time slot or date, please e-mail support@liveit.io. Please note that we can only swap dates or time slots if there is availability on the new date or time slot. 


I’m no longer able to attend, can I sell my tickets? 

Yes, you are able to sell your tickets, please ensure that you have the names changed to the new attendees by emailing support@liveit.io prior to the event. If the event is less than 5 days away, please make sure to put “URGENT” in the subject line of the e-mail. 


If I have tickets for the afternoon slot can I stay for the evening?

You will need to purchase tickets for both slots if you wish to stay for the full day, or alternatively if you have not yet purchased your tickets you can purchase all day tickets.


I have an all day ticket, will I need to exit the venue in between sessions? 
No you will not need to leave the venue in between sessions. 


What DJ’s are playing at Love Pub + Grub? 

In September, we will have LoveJuice resident DJ’s and some specials guests. 


What time is last entry? 

Last entry for the afternoon slot is 2pm, evening slot is 7pm. If you have all day tickets last entry is 3pm. 


How many people are allowed on 1 table? 
A maximum of 6 per table, however if you have a larger group you can get tables together. Tables are on a first come first serve basis, so if you would like more than 1 table together then we recommend that you get down early to do so.

What measures do you have in place to ensure the event is COVID-19 safe? 

Firstly we have staff who manage the queuing system that allows for social distancing upon arrival. Everyone must use sanitiser upon arrival. We have plenty of sanitising stations around the space. Each table seats 6 max. We also split sessions into two so that we can control the number of guests in line with the current guidance. The entire space gets cleaned before, during the break in sessions and after each day. All games areas are cleaned regularly too. Toilets are also cleaned regularly and cleaning products are plenty. 


What happens if there is bad weather on the day? 

We have 1 and in some cases 2 parasol umbrellas for each table to keep you covered! 


I’m feeling unwell, what can I do? 

We will honour an exchange for any other available session.
