Ultra Beachville 2023 Info Pack
With Ultra Europe 2023 rapidly approaching, we have put together a list of important information and advice regarding the festival and your Beachville Campsite booking.
Beachville Campsite
The Beachville Campsite is located at Kamp Galeb, Vukovarska 7, 21310 Omis, Croatia (Google Maps link).
Check-in is available between the hours of 15:00 (3 PM) - 23:00 (11 PM)
Check out by 10:00 (10 AM) on the day of your departure.
If you are arriving outside of the check-in hours, you must contact info@travel2ultra.com in advance (please state your booking number and expected arrival time) no later than 03/07/2023.
Please note that there will be NO CHECK-IN to the accommodation after 23:00 (11 PM) unless previously requested. Early check-in is not possible.
When checking in, you must bring with you the following:
1. A photocopy of your passport or ID Card (both sides) for ALL guests
2. Your booking confirmation e-ticket
For those of you who have rented a tent for your camping spot, a €20.00 EUR deposit is required (please prepare the exact amount/cash only) and will be returned on checkout when you return the tent to reception, folded in the tent bag you will find inside your tent.
For those of you who have purchased a Beachville Shuttle Pass, you can collect yours at any of the shuttle bus check-in points below:

Tent Sizes and Rental
Beachville tickets are for the camping spot only. If you're bringing your own tent: the allowed tent size must not exceed 2.5 m2 per person.
• Tent for 2 persons: 2×2.5m (no more than 5 m2)
• Tent for 4 persons: 4×2.5m (no more than 10 m2)
A limited number of tents are available for rent at this link for €35.00 EUR.
Festival Wristband Collection
Before you enter the festival, you will first need to collect your wristband from the Travel2Ultra wristband collection points. You can only collect your wristband from the dedicated Travel2Ultra exchange point. You cannot collect your wristband from the main wristband exchange points.

Special festival wristband exchange (only for guests who purchased their festival tickets in a package with Beachville accommodation) will be organised at the Beachville campsite.
06/07/23 Thursday 15:00 - 20:00 (3 PM - 8PM)
A matching Photo ID is required when collecting your wristband. If you have booked more than one ticket in your name, your guests must arrive at the same time as you.
You cannot collect wristbands on behalf of anyone else. All attendees must be present and wristbanded in person upon exchanging their e-ticket for a wristband. You cannot collect and leave with unfastened wristbands.
We strongly recommend printing your e-ticket or saving it to your phone. If you have no internet connection to load your e-ticket, you cannot collect your wristband.
Tickets
You should have all received your e-ticket(s). If you are unable to locate yours in your inbox or spam folder, you can request yours again by visiting https://event.bookitbee.com/find-tickets/ (LIVE IT bookings only)
The Festival
No re-admissions or pass-outs will be allowed. You can only enter the festival once each day.
THE LAST ENTRY IS 03:00 (3 AM).
We strongly recommend arriving before 20:00 (8 PM). Due to the huge interest in headline artists, longer entrance queues are to be expected after this time.
Government-issued photo ID is required for age verification and security purposes. Photocopies will not be accepted by the event security.
Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced, so please be careful. Do not pull your wristband too tight; they cannot be loosened.
Ultra Europe 2023 will be taking at Park Mladeži in Split, Croatia. The address is Hrvatske Mornarice 10, Split, Croatia 21000 (Google Maps link).
